Beards, tiaras and pocket mirrors

Last weekend I popped along to the Beards and Tiaras exhibition held in Anstruther as part of a 'Right Royal Pop Up' by Lovely Pigeon. It was great to see the final 25 artworks up on display- if you'd like a peek at them have a look here. While I was through there was a mirror workshop being held by Bunty and Bella that I fancied having a go at. I did a little doodle before going along and you can see the pocket mirror I made on the day.

Making this has inspired me to develop a range of little accessories for my etsy shop - keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks.

Exhibition and stickers news

Some lovely news this week, first of all I'm happy to say my artwork was selected for the 'Beards and Tiaras' exhibition which I mentioned in a previous post. The exhibition will run in Anstruther at the end of the month as part of 'A Right Royal Pop Up' organised by Lovely Pigeon. I'll pop along when it opens and hopefully post back with some pictures. Some of the other artists which will have work featured include Sandra Cassidy from Rubylovesred and Nikki McWilliams.

My second piece of exciting news is that I'm going to have work featured in a sticker book organised by graphic designer Yael Frankel as part of her 'Stick Me' series. Some of the other artists who will feature in the book include Sparklehen and Minifanfan. Hopefully the book will be out in the next week or two and will be available for sale through etsy.
