Paint Bugs

I've been quite busy over the last couple of weeks but I'm afraid not with new drawing or creating. Last week was full of painting but not the gouache type - I decided to decorate the living room and it took a few coats and a few days to complete. I quite like the new look, a sort of porcelain colour which is quite calming. I think I've got the painting bug now though and my plan next month is to do the hall- upstairs and down and the landing, not sure how easy this will be as I can see a few problems reaching the walls above the stairs!

Its my sons birthday this Friday and although we're not having a party he is having a couple of friends over to play so there has been a little bit of organising for this (lets hope it's a nice day and we can all get out in to the garden). I've started back at my weekend job now as well and this seems to make Monday to Friday zoom by! My plan is to get back to some drawing next week so we'll see how it goes. I will share with you one of my latest illustrations as I'm sure you prefer to see what I'm up to than hear my ramblings on painting my walls!
